What an amazing event THE UNITY TORAH was for our dear SeaGate community! At the celebration and for days after SO many people expressed such beautiful feelings of inspiration about the event!It would be so special if you can all post the thoughts that you shared after the event.
As you all know, this was a FIRST FOR OUR DEAR SHUL. a FIRST EVER FOR KNESES ISRAEL! Rabbi Brikman and myself really had a dream to unite the past and present Sea Gate community. The dream came true on April 3rd!
All the Torahs that were in our shul came out to "great" and "welcome" the new Torah to its new home! We were all united! Generations and generations...Old Torahs from Europe and this new Torah...However the inside of the Torah is exactly the same!!!!!!!!!!!! Each letter in the Torah is EXACTLY the way it was written 3323 years ago!!! So we are really connected all the way back to the time of Moses!!!
